With almost 30 years of leadership in finance, I’ve driven transformation through company restructuring, unified reporting and organisation and rationalizations. I’ve held roles such as finance manager/CFO, business controller, managing IS/IT, shared service centers and real estate. My experience spans leading finance and IT functions, alongside general business management in large organisations. 



In all change processes and roles, it has been about people – with a focus on motivating and coaching individually and at the same time developing the team. As a coaching leader, I trust and empower teams, delegating significant responsibility.

I am eager to learn and embrace new challenges, such as supporting management and board assignments as well as interim positions — focused on catalyzing sustainable change across organizations.
